SUBS delivered approximately 1600m ACO drain in a section of the project that had an upcoming handover deadline. This ACO drain was a critical path activity as it was required prior to all other finishing works. It was a big risk to completing on time given our experience with the first contractor engaged to complete the scope (SUBS was brought as a replacement to the initially contractor).
Once SUBS started on site the works were completed efficiently, too a very high-quality standard and as per the required program. This allowed for the work area to be completed on time.
SUBS work crews demonstrated innovative FRP techniques and always have a solution to all site problems.
